Showroom Concept
Flagship laundry in Valencia — demo center + real business + franchise foundation
Open a showroom laundry in Valencia that simultaneously operates as a real commercial laundry (self-service) and as a demonstration center for Accutech equipment targeting prospective franchisees. Three years of real operational data — the best argument when selling a franchise.
Showroom Equipment
Recommended configuration based on the Accutech (Shanghai) catalogue — optimised for the showroom
A more compact configuration was chosen (6 units, $17,100 EXW) instead of the full demo lineup ($25,700). Sufficient to demonstrate the entire Accutech range: small front-load, large front-load, stacked dryers, and the unique sneaker station. Optimal for a 30–45 m² space — machines are compact (0.8–1 m wide), stacks save floor space.

€4,050 VAT on equipment import will be reclaimed via the quarterly IVA (VAT) declaration (provided the business is registered as a VAT payer in Spain). Effective net investment: ~€38,350. It is recommended to incorporate a new SL (Sociedad Limitada — Spanish limited liability company) for clean accounting and liability separation.
Bizum Integration
28 million users in Spain — connecting Bizum is critical for customer acquisition
All Accutech machines come with a built-in payment system: coin acceptor + bank card reader + online payment via the 5InTouch / 7InTouch controller with 4G+WiFi connectivity. Also included: IoT platform for remote monitoring, statistics, and price management. No separate card-payment hardware is required — it is already included in the machine price.
Bizum is Spain's #1 payment system (28+ million users). Cards and coins already work out of the box. We only need to add Bizum payment. Accutech controllers support remote cycle-start protocols (via IoT API with 4G+WiFi) — this allows Bizum to be connected via an external payment gateway without purchasing additional hardware.
Confirm with Accutech: is documentation available for the 5InTouch/7InTouch IoT API for externally triggering a wash cycle? The controllers already support remote monitoring and online payment via 4G+WiFi — which means a remote control protocol exists. We need an endpoint or webhook for the command "start program X on machine Y".
Spanish banks announced the launch of Bizum Pay — tap-to-pay (NFC) without a physical card, similar to Apple/Google Pay but natively Spanish. Existing terminals will accept it via a software update. For an unattended laundry, this is a perfect fit for the audience that carries no cash and does not want to take out a card.

Next Steps
Action checklist for launching the project — in order of priority
-
Confirm final equipment configuration with AccutechHW140 ×2, HW180 ×1, TDD140 ×2, HWS140 ×1 — request official commercial quote
-
Request price for HWS140 (sneaker station)Current estimate ~$2,800 — needs confirmation. This is the showroom's key differentiator.
-
Negotiate dealer / distributor agreement with AccutechGoal — exclusivity or priority for Spain. Terms: purchase volume, territory, marketing support, technical staff training.
-
Find premises in Valencia (30–45 m², ground floor)Priority areas: Benimaclet, Patraix, Campanar. Requirements: three-phase 400V electricity or ability to connect, good ventilation, residential area. 30–45 m² is sufficient for 6 machines + waiting area.
-
Request IoT API documentation from Accutech (5InTouch / 7InTouch)Key question: is there an API / protocol for externally triggering a wash cycle via their IoT platform (4G+WiFi)? If yes — connect Bizum via QR + MONEI/Redsys → webhook → Accutech API. If no — proceed with LavaZum (Kit Digital) or Muxunav TELMARKT.
-
Check eligibility for Kit Digital subsidy via LavaZumKit Digital is a Spanish government programme (funded by EU Next Generation funds) for digitising small businesses and self-employed (autónomos). The subsidy covers up to €12,000 for digital solutions: online payments, management systems, automation. LavaZum is an authorised "Agente Digitalizador" (digital agent — i.e. certified subsidy provider), meaning their laundry hardware and software can be paid for directly from this subsidy.
Who qualifies: companies (SL, SLU — Spanish limited liability) or autónomos (self-employed) registered in Spain, up to 50 employees, up-to-date accounts and no debts with Hacienda (tax authority) or Seguridad Social (social security).
How to apply: via acelerapyme.gob.es → select "Agente Digitalizador" (LavaZum) → sign agreement → LavaZum installs the equipment → subsidy is paid directly to the agent. We effectively receive the system for free or with minimal top-up.

Cost for all projects: €1,500–3,000. -
Step 13. Licencia de obras (building/renovation permit)If renovation is needed — apply to the Ayuntamiento de Valencia (Valencia City Council). Minor works: Declaración Responsable (responsible declaration). Major works: full proyecto de obra (building project).
